A background should sit behind the text, not in place of it. This paragraph lies on the tile at its true scale — if it reads without effort, the tile can go under content.
Radiating star-like motifs of fine streaked lines sit within interlocking circular arcs and square frames, with dark near-black triangles set against slate and lavender-grey strands. Mirrored units meet at the tile edges and repeat in a regular grid, forming a rhythmic lattice of medallions and crossing rules.
