differential growth 1 tile
A single line that meanders and folds into crowded, rippling shapes — like coral, brain folds, lettuce leaves or intestines. The result feels alive and hand-drawn.
The line is a chain of points that keeps growing: new points are inserted where segments get too long, points push away neighbors that come too close, and the chain stays smooth. Because there is no room to grow straight, the line buckles into folds.
Every tile on tilejar starts as a crop of a larger image, which is then mirrored with a wallpaper symmetry (pmm, p4m or p6m) so it repeats without seams. Download it as a PNG or open its recipe in the generator.
