A background should sit behind the text, not in place of it. This paragraph lies on the tile at its true scale — if it reads without effort, the tile can go under content.
Concentric triangular rosettes with rounded corners, banded in gold, orange and teal over a deep blue ground, sit in staggered rows alternating with golden star-like bursts. Each triangular form nests inward toward a central trefoil, and the diagonal offset of the rows creates a steady, rolling rhythm across the page.
