A background should sit behind the text, not in place of it. This paragraph lies on the tile at its true scale — if it reads without effort, the tile can go under content.
Soft blurred motifs in teal, periwinkle, magenta and olive-green sit on a plum ground, with glowing aqua diamonds centered in each cell and horizontal bowtie-shaped bands between them. Rows of diamond clusters and flanking butterfly-like shapes repeat in a regular grid, creating a steady vertical and horizontal rhythm across the page.
